Priority Pass is a global airport lounge membership, available to customers from services, such as banks and payment networks. Because of complex deals with these third parties, Priority Pass wanted to strengthen its B2C proposition by creating a mobile app for members that could be tailored to any of these deals.
Running heuristic evaluations on competitors and the existing apps with internal team members gave us clear areas of focus.
Building out a design system that could be white labelled then allowed us to develop one app across multiple brands with nuanced experiences. With some A/B testing to finesse, we saw a significant increase in lounge visits over the following months.
